We require new clients to book a Consultation + Initial Skin Treatment to ensure client safety. The consultation will allow us to partner with you to choose the best service to meet your skin's needs. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
During the consultation process, a thorough skin assessment and analysis are completed. The skin practitioner will ask questions about your lifestyle, health history, current skin regimen, skin concerns, and, most importantly, your skin goals. A personalized treatment plan and home-care regimen are designed. If you schedule your consultation to include treatment, your treatment will consist of a customized skin treatment. Treatment is determined based on skin condition at the time of service.

Chemical peels are reserved for returning clients following treatment and home-care plans. Our peel philosophy is progression; we do not believe in aggressively treating the skin; instead, we are advocators of properly prepping and preparing the skin before chemical peels to ensure client safety while providing optimal results.
Absolutely! Virtual consultations and product recommendations are handled through zoom or facetime.

We kindly request that all new guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete necessary paperwork. If you arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment to fill out paperwork, it will reduce the duration of your treatment.
You must be on time for your appointment. Please call the office if you are running behind schedule. There must be enough time to complete your service to ensure an optimal experience. We do not believe in rushing. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and require a new deposit.
At Gizel Atlanta, we create treatment plans, skin regimens, and services tailored to you. All services, deposits, and products cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
At Gizel Atlanta, we deliver a private and customized experience. We understand that life happens and circumstances change. We ask that the office is notified by phone within 48 hours of cancellation or rescheduling request. We allow rescheduling of the new appointment within a week of the original appointment. A new deposit is required if the new appointment date exceeds a week.
A credit card must be saved on file to schedule future appointments. A deposit is always required to secure an appointment, which is half the treatment cost. You may schedule your appointment online or in the office. The deposit is charged a week before services if scheduling an appointment in the office.

Please be aware that all new guests must be willing to purchase our recommended homecare treatment plans and are not permitted to use outside products. To achieve the desired results for your skin, it is essential to follow a proper home care routine and undergo customized treatments. The cost of a new custom home care regimen typically ranges from $300 to $500, with products lasting 3 to 5 months, depending on usage.
